FACILITY GUIDELINES & CODE OF CONDUCT

Facility Guidelines

Fields at Station 63 is a premier youth sports complex committed to providing a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment for athletes, coaches, officials, and guests. All visitors are expected to follow the facility rules outlined below.

  • No trespassing on restricted or non-public areas

  • Chewing gum and sunflower seeds are not permitted on the fields or walkways

  • Outside alcohol is not allowed anywhere on the property.

  • Personal Coolers are permitted but subject to inspection. Large coolers, bulk food/beverages, or picnic setups are not permitted.

  • No pets allowed at Fields at Station 63. Trained service animals performing a specific task for a person with a disability are permitted in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not considered service animals and are not permitted.

  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, roller skates, and roller blades are prohibited

  • Authorized vehicles only within designated areas

  • Guests should remain alert for flying objects during games and practices

  • Metal cleats are not permitted-Molded cleats and athletic footwear only

  • Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited

  • Fields at Station 63 is a tobacco-free sports complex

Code of Conduct Guidelines

  • All guests must show respect toward players, coaches, umpires, referees, tournament officials, and staff

  • Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or abusive language from players, coaches, parents, or spectators will not be tolerated

  • Fields at Station 63 reserves the right to remove any individual from the facility at any time if they are found to be in violation of these rules

  • Our goal is to foster a welcoming environment that supports healthy competition, youth development, and an active community lifestyle

Service Animal Policy

Fields at Station 63 complies fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Trained service animals that perform a specific task for a person with a disability are permitted within the facility. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets do not meet the ADA definition of a service animal and are not permitted. Service animals must remain under control at all times.
