PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Our Reps Program is a comprehensive baseball and softball training system designed to help athletes elevate every aspect of their game. Through targeted drills, sport-specific skill work, and structured training, players develop faster, stronger, and more confident on the field.

Athletes train throughout the week with a focus on speed, agility, strength, and mobility—while also sharpening key fundamentals like hitting, fielding, and throwing. Every session is built to maximize performance and unlock each athlete’s full potential.

We offer flexible membership options that provide unlimited access to training sessions, giving athletes the opportunity to train consistently and progress month after month—all in one place.

Whether preparing for the next level or building a strong foundation, our program delivers a complete, year-round development system. Led by experienced performance coaches, each session is designed to challenge athletes, reinforce proper technique, and support individual growth.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Hitting Class

Our hitting classes are a fast‑paced, high‑intensity training session crafted to raise every player’s game. Athletes develop proper swing mechanics, dynamic lower‑body movement, barrel command, timing, and confidence at the plate, supported by instant feedback through our HitTrax technology. Every drill is structured to sharpen pitch awareness, boost bat speed, and produce consistent, powerful contact. Hitters leave each class ready to drop bombs.

Fielding Class

 Our fielding classes are a high‑energy training session designed to turn players into explosive, game‑changing defenders. Athletes learn proper glovework, footwork, soft hands, quick transitions, and confidence. Every drill is built to sharpen instincts and boost reaction time. Players will walk away from each class feeling prepared and ready to dominate on defense.

Pitching Class

Our pitching classes are an action packed, energy-based training session designed to improve every athlete’s performance on the mound. Pitchers develop efficient throwing mechanics, powerful lower‑body drive, command, and body control. Every drill is crafted to refine pitch accuracy, enhance velocity, and build consistent, explosive delivery. By the end of each session, pitchers leave prepared to throw gas and fill up the strike zone.

Speed & Agility

Our 60-minute Speed & Agility sessions are designed to develop explosive, confident athletes who can sprint with power and change direction with precision on demand. Each class is carefully structured and progressively programmed to help your son or daughter build the skills that directly transfer to the sport or activity of their choice.

Athletes will improve acceleration, top-end speed, footwork, balance, coordination, and overall body control in a high-energy, supportive environment. Every session is intentional, challenging, and results-driven.

Most importantly, athletes leave each class better than when they arrived, with a clear understanding of what they worked on and how to continue improving even outside of our facility.

Strength & Mobility

Our 60-minute Strength & Mobility sessions are designed to attack weaknesses, unlock untapped potential, and push athletes beyond what they thought possible. Every class delivers an intense, structured total-body lift focused on building real strength, explosive power, stability, and game-ready durability.

We don’t just make athletes stronger, we make them more resilient. Mobility and movement quality are built into every session to improve flexibility, prevent injury, and help athletes move efficiently and confidently in competition.

And we go even further.

Every athlete receives a FREE customized pre-throw or post-throw routine tailored specifically to their needs so they’re fully prepared to dominate on game day and recover like a pro afterward.

Membership: $185/month (unlimited access to all classes)

Drop-In Rate: $50 per session

Skills Training
